Laser Methane Gas Leakage Detector For DJI M350

 

The DJI M350 Drone Laser Methane gas detector, developed based on the DJI SDK, is fully compatible with the DJI Matrice 350 drone. It is equipped with a high-sensitivity laser methane detection module, a 10x optical zoom lens, and a 1200-meter laser rangefinder. The system is controlled via the drone remote control app, displaying real-time methane data and recording exceedance alarm information. The laser detection module can perform methane leak detection in a spiral scan mode at altitudes up to 200 meters and can penetrate up to five layers of glass for indoor detection. It connects to the gimbal interface for power supply, providing high efficiency and convenience. The high-altitude detection method allows for flexible monitoring of natural gas leaks in areas that are difficult for personnel to reach, such as urban building top pipelines, field pipelines, bridge pipelines, and storage tanks. The system employs intelligent data analysis to detect leaks and immediately trigger alarms, recording inspection trajectories and alarm events, and automatically generating inspection reports.

We’ve integrated the AOISUN DS4 Warning Screen into our DJI UAV fleet for traffic control and public safety missions, and it’s exceeded all expectations. The 4-fold hollow design is a marvel—at just 240g, it barely impacts flight time while delivering a massive 23.4-inch display. The 1024 full-color LEDs and 120° light angle make warnings visible from 1000m away, which is critical for highway accident scenes and crowd control. We love the flexible control options (PSDK, app, WeChat mini-program) and multiple flash modes—dual-color alternating flashes cut through fog and daylight perfectly. Installation was a breeze with the quick-release screw mount, and it paired seamlessly with our DJI SDK in minutes. It operated reliably in -5°C winter conditions, proving its durability. This is the most versatile UAV visual alert system we’ve tested—highly recommended for emergency services!

We deployed the AOISUN BWG-40 on our DJI FlyCart 100 for high-rise fire drills, and it’s a lifesaver for urban firefighting. The quick-release mount made installation fast—we had it ready in 10 minutes, no extra tools needed. The single/dual launch modes work perfectly for different window thicknesses, and the laser aiming let us precisely target locked windows from 12m away, breaking them cleanly on the first try. The 90m hose and 40mm diameter give us great coverage, and we could adjust the jet angle manually to target hotspots effectively. It handled 2.5Mpa pressure without issues, and the -20°C to 45°C temp range means it works in our city’s extreme weather. At only 1.95kg, it’s lightweight and doesn’t affect flight time. We’ve been using the AOISUN QIR50T thermal gimbal camera for search-and-rescue and industrial inspections, and it’s been a game-changer. The 50mm lens delivers incredible long-range clarity—we detected a person at 1400+ meters and a vehicle at over 4500 meters, which is far beyond our expectations.
