The DJI M30 drone parachute system is developed based on the DJI SDK and the APS intelligent parachute deployment mechanism. By fusing flight data from both the drone sensors and the parachute's onboard sensors, the system gains accurate insight into real-time flight attitude. When abnormal conditions occur, the APS algorithm triggers propeller stop and parachute deployment commands within milliseconds, ensuring safe deceleration and controlled landing at an average descent speed of 4.6 m/s.
